I needed a forklift part and wasn’t sure which one fit. They asked for the model and serial number, got back to me quickly, and made sure I ordered the right one. Really helpful.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know if my faucet uses a 1-001/1-002 cartridge? A: Check your faucet's manual or measure stem length and style; these standard ceramic cartridges fit many generic ceramic disc faucets.
Q: Can I install just the hot cartridge if the cold side is still working? A: Yes, you can replace only the hot cartridge, but installing both ensures balanced performance and extends the service interval.
