NO OEM AFFILIATION
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered by Industrial Retailer are aftermarket products and are not manufactured by, sponsored by, endorsed by, approved by, affiliated with, licensed by, or authorized by any original equipment manufacturer or trademark owner.
All trademarks, trade names, logos, model names, part numbers, and brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
The appearance of a manufacturer name, trademark, model number, or part number on IndustrialRetailer.com does not imply a commercial relationship, authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, or OEM origin.
AFTERMARKET PRODUCT DISCLOSURE
Industrial Retailer does not represent aftermarket products as genuine OEM products unless the applicable listing expressly identifies the product as genuine OEM merchandise.
Product titles, descriptions, cross-reference numbers, compatibility information, and replacement-part references are used to describe the intended application or possible fitment of a product.
Industrial Retailer does not knowingly advertise, market, distribute, or sell counterfeit merchandise, unauthorized reproductions, or products falsely represented as originating from an OEM or trademark owner.
PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS
Industrial Retailer uses product images, descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information to identify and describe products offered for sale.
Product images may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, fulfillment partners, vendors, or other authorized commercial sources. Images may be representative, and minor differences in packaging, labeling, finish, hardware, or appearance may occur.
Industrial Retailer may correct, revise, remove, or replace product content when inaccurate, outdated, unauthorized, or potentially misleading information is identified.

GOOD-FAITH INVESTIGATION POLICY
Industrial Retailer welcomes good-faith communication from intellectual-property owners, authorized representatives, payment processors, financial institutions, marketplaces, service providers, and regulatory authorities regarding potential compliance concerns.

- Allow a reasonable investigation; and
- Permit an appropriate response or corrective action.
Industrial Retailer may maintain records relating to product sourcing, supplier information, listings, compatibility references, complaints, communications, investigations, and corrective actions where appropriate.
Submission of a complaint does not automatically establish infringement, liability, wrongdoing, or an obligation to remove lawful content.
FAIR USE AND COMPATIBILITY REFERENCES
Industrial Retailer may use manufacturer names, trademarks, equipment models, and part numbers in a descriptive or referential manner to identify compatibility, replacement applications, intended use, or comparison with another product.
Such references are not intended to suggest affiliation or misrepresent the source of the aftermarket product.
Industrial Retailer reserves the right to continue lawful descriptive, nominative, comparative, or compatibility-related uses permitted under applicable law.
REPEAT OR ABUSIVE COMPLAINTS
Industrial Retailer may decline to process complaints that are fraudulent, abusive, knowingly false, materially incomplete, unrelated to intellectual-property rights, or submitted for the purpose of interfering with lawful competition.
Nothing in this section prevents a legitimate rights holder from submitting a properly supported complaint concerning specific website content.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Industrial Retailer reserves all rights, claims, defenses, and remedies available under applicable law regarding false, misleading, reckless, unsupported, abusive, or bad-faith allegations that interfere with lawful business operations, contractual relationships, payment-processing services, marketplace access, supplier relationships, or commercial reputation.
