Refund policy

Industrial Retailer offers a 30-day return policy on eligible products. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

The version of this policy in effect on the date of purchase applies to the order. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

RETURN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED

All returns must be reviewed and approved by Industrial Retailer before an item is shipped back.

Submit a return request through the Industrial Retailer Contact Us page. Calling (573) 505-2894 may begin the support process, but a return is not approved until Industrial Retailer provides written authorization and return instructions.

Do not return an item to the address shown on the original package, shipping label, packing slip, supplier invoice, marketplace receipt, or other document unless Industrial Retailer specifically provides that address in writing as the authorized return location.

Returns sent without written authorization may be refused, delayed, returned to the sender, or considered ineligible for a refund.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a standard return:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
• The return must be approved in writing before shipment.
• The product must be unused and uninstalled.
• The product must remain in its original condition.
• Original packaging must be included.
• All original parts, hardware, accessories, labels, manuals, and documentation must be included.
• The product must not be modified, altered, damaged, repaired, disassembled, painted, cut, drilled, programmed, or otherwise changed.
• The returned product must be the same product originally supplied for the order.

Products that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or may not qualify for a full refund.

INSTALLED, CONNECTED, TESTED, OR USED PARTS

Installed, connected, tested, programmed, mounted, operated, or used products are not eligible for a standard return.

Electrical and electronic products that have been connected or tested are not eligible for a standard return because wiring problems, voltage irregularities, shorts, improper grounding, incompatible components, and installation errors may damage or alter the product.

If an installed product is believed to be defective, the customer may submit a defective-item or warranty claim for review. A product failing to correct the equipment’s original problem does not, by itself, establish that the product is defective.

COMPATIBILITY, FITMENT, AND CUSTOMER DIAGNOSIS

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, replacement part numbers, measurements, connector types, voltage and amperage requirements, equipment models, engine information, serial-number requirements, and other compatibility details before ordering.

Product titles may contain multiple reference or replacement part numbers. Customers must verify that the specifications and intended application match their equipment rather than relying only on a partial title, general model name, photograph, or visual similarity.

Ordering the wrong product, no longer needing the item, misdiagnosing the equipment problem, or discovering that the item is incompatible is treated as a non-defective return.

A non-defective compatibility return may be approved only when the item remains unused, uninstalled, complete, and otherwise complies with this policy.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following are not eligible for a standard return:

• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Products returned without written authorization
• Installed, used, connected, mounted, programmed, or tested products
• Electrical or electronic products that have been connected to equipment
• Products that have been modified, altered, repaired, disassembled, painted, cut, drilled, programmed, or damaged
• Products showing installation marks, tool marks, scratches, grease, fuel, oil, corrosion, electrical damage, bent terminals, damaged connectors, or other evidence of use
• Products missing original packaging, labels, hardware, accessories, manuals, parts, or documentation
• Products returned in packaging that is materially damaged, written on, or made unsuitable for resale
• Products that are not the same item originally supplied
• Products with removed, altered, covered, or unreadable serial numbers, part numbers, labels, security markings, or warranty labels
• Products identified as final sale or non-returnable on the product page

Product-specific restrictions stated on the product page at the time of purchase will control.

THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT AND PACKAGING

Industrial Retailer may use manufacturers, distributors, independent warehouses, marketplaces, logistics providers, or other third-party fulfillment sources.

An order may arrive in packaging containing third-party branding, warehouse labels, inventory stickers, packing slips, gift receipts, invoices, promotional materials, or other documents generated by the fulfillment source.

Third-party packaging, labels, shipping origins, invoices, receipts, or documents do not, by themselves, establish that a product is incorrect, used, counterfeit, damaged, or defective, and do not independently qualify an order for a refund or price adjustment.

THIRD-PARTY RECEIPTS AND PRICE DIFFERENCES

A package may contain a document showing an amount different from the price paid to Industrial Retailer. That amount may reflect a supplier price, marketplace price, procurement cost, promotional price, internal fulfillment amount, gift-receipt value, or another amount associated with the fulfillment source.

The customer’s purchase agreement is with Industrial Retailer at the price displayed and accepted during checkout.

A lower price shown on another invoice, receipt, marketplace listing, supplier website, packing slip, or document does not qualify the customer for:

• A refund of the difference
• A partial refund
• A retroactive price adjustment
• A price match
• Reimbursement based on Industrial Retailer’s procurement or fulfillment cost

Industrial Retailer’s retail price may include sourcing, product access, availability, payment processing, order administration, customer support, fulfillment coordination, warranty assistance, returns administration, and other operating costs.

The presence of third-party pricing documentation does not automatically make an otherwise eligible physical return ineligible. The return will still be reviewed under all return-window, authorization, condition, completeness, shipping, and inspection requirements.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you believe that you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, submit a request through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Include:

• Order number
• Product name and part number
• Detailed description of the issue
• Whether the product was installed, connected, mounted, programmed, tested, or used
• What occurred during installation or testing
• Whether reinstalling the original component changed the equipment’s operation
• Photos of the product, packaging, labels, connectors, mounting points, and visible damage
• Photos of the original and replacement components together, when applicable
• Equipment make, model, year, engine model, serial number, and related information
• Available technician findings, test results, fault codes, or diagnostic information

Customers must retain the product and all packaging while the claim is reviewed.

Claims are subject to inspection and testing. Submission does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, prepaid label, or other remedy.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If Industrial Retailer confirms that a return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover the approved return-shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for non-defective returns, including returns caused by:

• Ordering the wrong product
• Incompatibility
• Incorrect diagnosis
• Change of mind
• No longer needing the item
• Finding the item elsewhere at a lower price
• Third-party packaging, documents, invoices, or receipts

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Industrial Retailer.

AUTHORIZED RETURN ADDRESS

The shipping origin is not necessarily the authorized return address.

Use only the return address provided in Industrial Retailer’s written authorization. Do not return products directly to a manufacturer, marketplace seller, supplier, distributor, warehouse, fulfillment partner, shipping origin, or package address unless specifically instructed in writing.

Industrial Retailer is not responsible for delays, losses, forwarding charges, refusals, or other costs caused by shipment to an unauthorized address.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

Orders may begin processing or fulfillment shortly after purchase. If an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it may not be cancelable and must be handled under the return process after delivery.

A cancellation is complete only after Industrial Retailer provides confirmation.

RETURN INSPECTION

Return authorization permits the product to be sent for review; it does not guarantee a refund.

Industrial Retailer may verify:

• Product identity
• Whether it matches the item originally supplied
• Product and packaging condition
• Whether it was installed, connected, tested, used, damaged, repaired, or modified
• Whether identifying labels and security markings remain intact
• Whether all original parts, accessories, hardware, packaging, and documentation are included
• Whether the product shows improper installation, misuse, electrical damage, contamination, or incompatibility
• Whether the return complies with this policy and written authorization

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Industrial Retailer cannot issue a refund to a different card, bank account, person, or payment method.

After the refund is submitted, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require several additional business days to display the credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Industrial Retailer.

PAYMENT DISPUTES AND DUPLICATE REFUNDS

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, the disputed funds may already be withheld or reversed through the payment system.

Industrial Retailer may be unable to issue a separate merchant refund while an active dispute is open. The customer may be required to resolve or close the dispute before a separate refund can be processed.

Industrial Retailer will not knowingly provide duplicate reimbursement through both a merchant refund and a bank or payment-provider dispute.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Submit the request through the Industrial Retailer Contact Us page and include:

• Order number
• Product being returned
• Reason for the return
• Whether it was installed, connected, tested, programmed, or used
• Description of what occurred
• Relevant photos or diagnostic information

Do not ship the item until written approval and the authorized return address are provided.
